About to take test

Hi All,

I am waiting to hear back from the realtor to see how the house showing went earlier today. There will be an open house tomorrow too, so hopefully at least a couple curious buyers will show up. I stayed up 'til 3:20 last night trying to get the rooms tidied up for the showing today, so I hope it was clean and tidy enough for the viewer.

I'm studying for that certification exam at the moment. I think I'm ready for the noon time exam on Monday, but I want to take what little time I have between now and then and review and commit to memory as much as I can. It's not like it's a high bar they set to pass it, it just requires 61% (shocking I know) but I want to shoot for at least 70% to feel good about it.

After I pass the test Monday, I'll be able to completely focus on moving and job searching. I'm still weighing all the options for moving, full service, partial service, or UHaul, and will try to make that decision by Tuesday at the latest. I have a follow-up phone interview with Emagination for a job of theirs near the White House for the American Chemical Society (ACS). Emagination's headquarters is in Baltimore I think, but they send engineering teams to customers' sites for work, and the ACS is in D.C. - so if it worked out, that's where I'd be, not too far from Peter's job. Cool. Anyway the phone interview Monday or Tuesday is with a senior java engineer, who will judge whether I know enough java to get to the next phase of the interview process. I'll let you know how it goes.

Lots of love from NH,
Greg
